General Detail Clean
Sweep all open areas
Clean all windows (interior only)
Remove all paint ,glue, drywall mud & stickers from glass
Clean & remove residue from all window tracks
Clean all window sills & frames
Clean all bathtubs & surrounds (tile), showers, sinks and toilets
Wipe down cabinets & vanities
Clean inside cabinets & drawers
Remove all dust from baseboards & all woodwork including doors & frames
Remove garbage & debris
Vacuum vents
Once the general clean has been completed it will allow you the opportunity to assess if any touch ups or repairs are required
PDI & Final Clean
Wash all windows (interior only)
Clean all woodwork including doors, frames, baseboards etc
Clean all bathroom vanities, mirrors, toilets, showers etc
Clean inside / outside of all cabinets, shelves, drawers & counter tops
Remove all and any labels / stickers from fixtures and appliances
Clean light fixtures & switch plates
Clean all appliances & back splash
Vacuum vents
Vacuum all carpeted areas
Sweep and wash floors
Once the PDI clean has been performed your client will be able to do a final walk through for the final inspection
Final Touch Up (if required)
Clean all bathrooms
Clean all bedrooms
Clean all living spaces
Clean kitchen
Light dust in general
Touch up windows & mirrors
Vacuum carpeted areas
Sweep & wash floors
Prior to turnover the building / unit will be 100% clean ready for your client.
